Passenger Services Officer

Kuwait Airways is actively recruiting for a Passenger Services Officer in the Ground Handling department. In this role, your responsibilities will include ensuring timely solutions to passenger services discrepancies, circulating and monitoring new or amended procedures, and directing the preparation of duty rostering for passenger check-in counter staff.
